Everything was perfect, QUIET ambience. Welcoming staff and quick to respond. Triple room with ac which was much better. A safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating in the bedroom.

The hotel was charming old and intimate, and the staff were lovely, truly enjoyed the excellent location so close to the road to the castle, the main boulevard, in Mangalem, close to restaurants and bus stop, and the historical part of berat. Booked a twin room with ac which was much better.
